KNOTTY GIRLS MEETING

The Knotty Girls Stitching Bee met at the end of December at the Attic Window Quilt Shop, but so much has been going on that I haven’t posted the pictures.  Above is the Sue Spargo Christmas BOM that Phyllis is working on.  I love the colors, and aren’t those red birds lined up across the bottom just the right touch!
Sherri is working on this piece from the book Wool Crazy by Jo Ann Mullay.  Another wonderful project by Sherri.  I love the rich colors and how Sherri adds her special stitchery to the piece.  I have got to learn how to work with wool!
Cindy showed this beautiful gift she received from a friend.  She said the friend knows she likes cats so she made her this wall hanging out of Laurel Burch cat fabrics.  Cindy is one lucky lady to have such a thoughtful and talented friend. It is truly a "bounty of bliss and blessings, a treasure trove of treats."

Don’f forget about the Heart of Winter Tour that takes place Saturday, February 12.  More information can be found in my previous post.

Also, don’t forget the SNOW DAYS OF JANUARY at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  You’ll want to take advantage of the sale and pick up your gift.

This guy is just too cute.  Handmade by Heidi has a great tutorial for a goofy doll.  You are sure to please any child with this goofy character.

Pleasant Home has a Pieced Heart table runner that is perfect for February decorating.
Stay Positive!

I LOVE that Sue Spargo quilt - and the others too, of course, but there's just something about Sue's patterns that really appeal to me. Thanks for the links - I'm saving them!

Thanks for the beautiful and inspiring quilt show. Also for the link to the goofy doll I think I know someone that would like one of those.

HI Caroll! Those are great wool quilts. I wish I could have taken the Sue Spargo class when it was at S&O. I learned about it too late and it was full. These ladies have done some great work!
