MODERN BLOCK MONDAY - BLOCK NINE

This is Monday so that means it’s time for another Modern Block.  I really liked how this funky free piecing block turned out.  Check out Lynn's block at Alamosa Quilter. Then hop over to Forty Two Quilts and get the pattern for this week’s Modern Monday Block.

Don’t forget that the Friday after Thanksgiving is the Early Bird Special and Sit and Stitch time at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  The shop will open at 7 a.m.  A make it and take it project will be available, as will donuts and snacks.   If you’d like to get away from the maddening crowds on Black Friday, come sit and sew with us.  You could finish up a UFO, work on a new project, or just enjoy visiting with your quilting friends.

Christmas Craft Day is Saturday, November 26, from 9-5 at the shop.  Be sure an call to register for these fun projects.

A Creative Dream has a tutorial for a darling snowman ornament.  Scroll down at the blog to check it out.

I LOVE this block! The colors are wonderful and it's my kind of piecing!

Oh my goodness aren't you so sweet to mention me! Thank you so much! I love the table topper, it reminds me of a design my Great Grandmother used to stitch.
