On a recent visit to the Attic Window Quilt Shop I noticed some new fabrics had arrived. Chris said I had shown you this before, but I don’t think I showed you this grouping. The fabric on the left is Girls Rock by Kanvas Fabrics (that is the repeat). The other bolts are from various lines that Chris pulled together to make a nice coordinating display. I like them, don’t you?
These beautiful sunflowers with the coordinating fabrics are all from the Graffiti line by Windham Fabrics. Love those sunflowers!
A lot of beautiful new Hoffman Batiks recently arrived at the shop.
Look here, there is even a black batik!
Beautiful blues. Stop by the shop soon and pick up some of these beautiful new fabrics. More are arriving all the time!
ON ANOTHER NOTE: In Color Order has a tutorial for a patchwork chevron quilt.
Until next time, ♥ Stay Calm! Stay Kind! Stay Positive! Caroll
Many thanks and much appreciation goes to the women who work diligently each month to make quilts for those in wheel chairs. Kudos go to: Yvonne, Mary T., Fran, Joan, Mary Ellen, Barb, Lee Ann, Nancy, Mary.
Quilting for Kids With Cancer
Generosity has no bounds. Above are the women in the Quilts For Kids group at the Attic Window Quilt Shop. Left to right, Henrietta, Phyllis, Nancy, Carol, Karen. These women donate their time, fabric, money once a month to make quilts for kids who have cancer.
This blog is dedicated to the women and men of West Michigan who would like to attend the Attic Window Quilt Classes. This is where you can see the class samples and pictures of the teachers. Be sure and stop back from time to time to check out what is new. You may email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
