FARM GIRL VINTAGE BOM AT ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

 When I stopped in at the Attic Window Quilt Shop yesterday I got a look at these lovely blocks.  Marilyn is having a new BOM that you won't want to miss.  The BOM is Farm Girl Vintage By Lori Holt of Bee in My Bonnet.  You can take a look at Lori's blog where she talks and shows pictures of her new book here.

Each month you will receive a kit for a large block and two smaller blocks.  When you register you need to choose your fabric selection.  The above fabrics or...

You may choose to use the 30's fabrics shown above.  This BOM is being offered two times a month.  The first one this month was last week, but you can still register and participate.  The second class this month is on Tuesday, Sept. 22.  After seeing these blocks and viewing Lori's blog post I'm sure you will want to call the shop and register.  Hope to see you there.

OPEN HOUSE:  
  • In celebration of the opening of the new store Chris is having a Fall Open House on Wednesday, September 23, through Saturday, September 26.  
  • Since the Attic Window Quilt Shop has moved, some cleaning had to be done.  During the course of moving and opening boxes and totes, Chris said that she found oodles of stuff that is now available in the shop.  "We also have lots of new classes coming up too," Chris said.
  • So be sure and save the dates and come visit the Attic Window Quilt Shop during the Fall Open House.  You will be able to sign up for a class and get the second class for half price (limit one per person).  Also, you will receive a free gift!

I have that book and want to make the blocks. I would want to do them in a brighter color scheme, too. But these are pretty!
