SHOW-N-TELL AT ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

Cheryl showed us her beautiful quilt top when the Happy Scrappers met at the Attic Window Quilt Shop this past Saturday.
This is a close up of her quilt.  She said she made it using a Jelly Roll.
Cheryl spent the day making these squares with some beautiful fabrics.  I'm eager to see this quilt top finished.  With these luscious fabrics it is bound to be stunning.
Nancy worked on this purple and white quilt.
This is going to be a beauty.
Nancy also worked on her Getting To Know Hue BOM at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.
I fell in love with this piece.  Carol P. showed us her fidget blanket, just one of many that she makes for a local nursing home.  I want to make some of these.  Not only are they for a good cause, but they look like they will be so much fun to make.  You can go wild with your creativity.
Carol also showed us this Red Bird wall hanging that she worked on that day.  So lovely.
Carol also made this quilt.  I'm not sure if it is for something special.  She was just explaining things when I came back into the room and quickly snapped the picture.  Then I forgot to ask later.  It is a beautiful quilt.
Cathy M. spent the day trying out a new ruler.  This looks like fun!
Above she shows us the block to go into her quilt.  Seems a shame to cut off those lovely points.
But the quilt called for her to square up the blocks.  On the right is another block she made with the ruler and you can see the book she is using to create her quilt.  Looking forward to seeing more of this.

I continued to sew my 2 1/2 inch squares.  I love mindless sewing because then I can talk to people.  I have to laugh because Cathy was sitting next to me and I was yammering away and she was trying to figure out her new ruler and said, "Don't talk to me.  I have to concentrate."  (Smile!)  I've been there and sure understand.
