I love trying new blocks. This one is paper pieced. It is the Cartwheel Block from Freshly Pieced. Wouldn’t this make a lovely quilt? My intention was to use a mix of scraps, but fell in love with the green and oranges and had to use those. Wonder what it would look like with each blade a different fabric? This block will be fun to try several different ways.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday.
ON ANOTHER NOTE: Play-Crafts has a tutorial for a broken herringbone block.
Until next time,
♥
