BEING PRODUCTIVE WHEN IT SNOWS

It's been several days since I was last at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  Being snowed in makes for good quilting time (but way too much solitude).  I'll be so happy to get back to the shop and socialize with sewing friends all day long.  In the mean time I am thankful to have power so I can be productive at home.  Above is another block from the book  Garden Sampler Block of the Month.
And this is block four from that book.  These blocks are really stretching my piecing skills.  But I figure this is good for the brain, so I'm going to continue.
Cathy M. is so good about sharing her scraps.  I have a big pile that she gave me, so I've been practicing my curve piecing.  I have the QCR Mini Ruler and have made all of these blocks.  I'm not sure I see any improvement in them, but they say practice makes perfect, so I'm hoping.  We'll see.

ATTENTION: Monday hours have changed.  The Attic Window Quilt Shop is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday during the months of February, March, and April.  Tuesday through Saturday hours have not changed and will remain the same as usual.
