THIS GAL WITH A KIND HEART HAS BEEN BUSY

Hello Quilters!  I got the nicest surprise today when I heard from Misti, a co-worker and patron of the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  She has been one busy bee during this Pandemic and sent me pictures of all that she has been doing.  Above are Ornaments that she made out of the bandanas from her husband's brother's wife who passed away.  Misti said that she is also going to make a memory quilt for him.  What a dear heart you have Misti!

This pastel quilt was from an old kit that Misti had purchased a while ago from Connecting Threads.  She said that the kit had been in her sewing room for some time and she decided to finish it.

Misti said that she made this journal cover for herself.  It also was an old kit that she had not gotten around to.

One of Misti’s lady friends from her bible study class at church asked her about the book bag she always carried and said how much she liked it.  She even offered to pay Misti if she would make one for her.  Misti made her friend this book bag and of course is not going to let her pay for it. Isn't it stunning!

The penguin ornament is a Christmas gift.

Misti calls this her Bee quilt and said that she is making it for her bed.
I love the colors and the fabric in it!  Thank you Misti for sharing with us.  I loved seeing all the pictures of what you've been doing.  You have inspired me to get busy and get something done!

Be sure and check all the new classes and other goings on at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  And don't forget to check out the wonderful collection of flannels that the shop carries.  All Flannels are on special this week through Feb. 20th, at 20% off.  Shop hours are Monday-Friday, 10-5; Saturday, 10-4.  Hope to see you there!
Hugs, Caroll
