WHAT DID YOU DO THIS WEEKEND?

A couple of months ago while attending Happy Scrappers at the Attic Window Quilt Shop, Chris, shop owner, gave us a challenge.  She told us about making 1/2 square blocks into this large block.  I had numerous charity fabrics and thought this would be a fun quilt to make with them.  Above is my quilt all quilted and bound and ready to go to the charity group.  Chris said the blocks remind her of sea horses and asked me if I was going to put an eye on them.  I laughed and agreed with her, but probably not going to do anything more with this quilt.

That was my weekend.  What have you been doing?  Are you ready to get your quilting fix?  Then check out some of the classes coming up this week.
