BEES ARE IN THE ATTIC AGAIN!

The Bees In The Attic Bee Hive met at the Attic Window Quilt Shop on Wednesday.  Above, Cathy places the crown on Queen Pat's head.

 Queen Pat had asked us to make these heart blocks.

This is a closer look.  Pat says she will make a baby quilt from these blocks.

Shirley will be Queen next month and this is the block she has asked us to make.

Recent Queen Karen shows us how her quilt is developing.  In August she had asked us to make these blocks. You can see that post here.

 She shows us how she used the QAYG method to assemble the blocks.

 Karen also showed us this cute little table topper that she made.  How cute!  

ATTENTION: There was much discussion as to when the group would meet during the next two months due to the holidays.  I will post later what we decided.  Since there was a lot of discussion I need to make sure I understand things and have my dates correct.  So watch for a later post about that.

Yes, I mentiioned the holidays and as you start thinking about Christmas gifts you might want to take Marilyn's Retreat Bag class on Friday, October 27.  These make wonderful gifts for men and women.  I did change the name for the ones I'm giving to the males on my list.  I call them Dopp Kits.  Call the shop to register and get a supply list.
