SHOP SWAP SAMPLE AND CLASS SAMPLES

We recently had a teacher’s meeting at the Attic Window Quilt Shop where we showed off our class samples and other pieces of work.  Above, Maggie and Chris show us the quilt that participants will be making during the June Shop Swap.  The Attic Window Quilt Shop is swapping with Quilted Memories in Montague.  This is how it works:  You register at one of the shops to participate.  On June 10 & 11 (Friday & Saturday) and on June 17 & 18 (Friday & Saturday) you go to one of the shops to start your project.  At that shop, you will receive a project kit, have a wonderful lunch, and enjoy the day sewing with others.  Then the next day (It can be anyone of the days above) you go to the other shop to get the rest of your project kit, lunch, and have a great time sewing all day long!  Several who participated last year told me how much fun this Swap is.  Call the Shop for further details.  I hope to show you a better picture once the quilt is finished.  I couldn't wait though because I love, love these fabrics!

Barb made this stunning quilt.  Her quilts are unbelievable they are so beautiful.  The pattern for Mary Mary Quite Contrary is from Crab Apple Hill.
This is a close up of the center.  Isn't it breath taking!  Watch for more pictures of class samples and for the upcoming newsletter and class schedule.

LisnawearyQuilts has a great tutorial for a Hippy Square block.  You’ll love it.  Check it out here.

Stay Positive!

Both quilts are great! I wish I wasn't going to be gone in June! That would be fun to do the swap! I just love everything Crabapple Hill!

Stunning quilts, absolutely stunning!! The swap sounds like great fun and really interesting. And I am too far away to participate. And another great link. You are amazing.

Have a super great sewing day.
