HAPPY SCRAPPERS MEET AT ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

Hello Quilters!  Have you been able to get any quilting done during this beautiful spring weather?  Since I live in Michigan I can do both, quilt and work in the yard because the weather changes here from one minute to the next.  One day it's 80 deg. and the next day we get snow!  You gotta love Michigan.  Above is a quilt that Cathy made and I quilted it for her.  Great quilt, Cathy.
I did make this bag for my brother's Alley game.  He's coming up from Florida soon, and I wanted to give him this fun game. So, I made a bag for it.
This is the board game.  It is made of wood and I didn't want to mail it.  I did make a pocket for the game pieces and instructions.  It is a fun game and doesn't even come close to that marble game we played as kids (I know you're thinking of it).

DON'T FORGET!  The Happy Scrappers meet this Saturday, April 30th, at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  Bring your scraps and make something fun!  Hope to see you there!

Remember: The Attic Window Quilt Shop is open Monday-Friday, 10-5; Saturday, 10-4.

NEW FABRIC AND CLASSES AT THE ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

Hello Quilters!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend.  Now is the time to start thinking of spring and summer and Mother's Day!  And the Attic Window Quilt Shop has just the items to help you with planning what you will make next.  Above are these beautiful fabrics from Riley Blake Designs.

And just look what else you can put with this stunning fabric!

Above is a grouping of Civil War fabrics from Marcus.
This awesome batik is from Hoffman fabrics.

And these above are also from Hoffman.

Be sure and stop in at the Attic Window Quilt Shop and pick up some of these lovely fabrics.

And don't forget to either pick up the April calendar or check it out on the sidebar.  There are two new classes coming this month.  On Friday, April 22, Chris will be teaching a mystery block from 1 to 3 p.m.  Call the shop to register and get a supply list.

And on Tuesday, April 26, from 1 to 5 p.m., I will be holding a Mystery Scrap Quilt class.  You will make four blocks and turn them into a small project or a quilt.  This is an excellent way to use your scraps. Call the shop to register and get a supply list.

Remember: The Attic Window Quilt Shop is open Monday-Friday, 10-5; Saturday, 10-4.
