IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!

Oh, my,  I can't believe tomorrow is September 1st.  Yikes!  Where has the summer gone?  It's time to start thinking about those Christmas projects and the Attic Window Quilt Shop has just received new fabric to help you do that.  This is what Chris has to say about the above beautiful fabrics: "Here are two new groupings that just came in.  They go together nicely and are by Northcott.  They are  called Santa Stops Here and Holly Hill Christmas."  Be sure and stop in at the quilt shop and grab some of these fabrics to help you get started on those Christmas projects!

I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful summer here in Michigan and most importantly that you are staying safe.

This is a reminder that the shop hours are Monday-Thursday, 10-5; and Friday and Saturday, 10-3.

YOU CAN MAKE THIS WATER BOTTLE CARRIER

I may have mentioned this before, but my great granddaughter, who is 10, is getting into sewing.  I can't tell you how much that thrills me. Every time I'm at the Attic Window Quilt Shop, I look around for a kit that might be appropriate for a child. A while ago I received this picture of her latest project, a water bottle holder.  I may have also mentioned that I'm a walker, and with all this heat and humidity, I often carry a bottle of water with me.  I saw what my grand daughter made, and thought, "I can do that".

Above, is the water bottle carrier that I made. I discovered that several times, after trying different patterns and getting confused, I had to repeat to myself:  If my 10-year-old great granddaughter can make one, I can too!  Then I saw a tutorial for an insulated Water Bottle Carrier on Peek-a-Boo Pages by, Handmade Boy.  This is an easy pattern.  If you can't find it, you can also find it on my Pinterest account under bags.  It was a fun project that keeps my water cold and my hand from getting wet. Also, I got the fabric at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  And, this lovely fabric was in the Sale area!  Check it out!

Don't Forget:

You can pick up your project for any BOM or Sampler class.  You may pick up your items without an appointment, however, you can only do so during shop hours, which are Monday-Thursday, 10-5; and Friday and Saturday, 10-3.

YOU CAN MAKE THIS BAG TOO!

Check out this new bag that Marilyn made.  I love it!  I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the pattern, but I'm sure if you call the Attic Window Quilt Shop that you can get the pattern.  Maybe even Marilyn will answer the phone and give you any tips and techniques she used.  Give it a try.  Call the shop today.  Or better still, stop in at the shop and purchase some of those lovely Sale fabrics that I posted about here.  You won't want to miss that.

Don't Forget:

LOOKS WHAT'S BEEN ADDED TO SALE ITEMS AT THE ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

The Attic Window Quilt Shop has three new groupings of fabrics that have been added to the sale items.  I love this one above, bright colors, and perfect for that special child in your life.  It's quick and easy, too. when you use the alphabet panel!  I love these bright colors!
These fish fabrics are so cute and colorful.  You'll want some of those too!
And check out this camping grouping!  What fun.  And to think all the above fabrics are now on sale for only $8 a yard!  Fantastic!
Thank you Chris!!
