SHOW N SHARE, NEW BOOKS AND PATTERN

Isn't this owl wall hanging adorable?  Lee Anne made this and it is hanging at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  This pattern and several other seasonal wall hangings can be found in the book Quilted Skinnies for All Seasons by Margie Ullery. Ask for it at the shop.
Lee Anne also made this beautiful quilt.  She said she used a Jelly Roll to make it.
Laura Biland recently stopped in at the shop and showed us her completed 2014 Sampler.  Not only is it gorgeous but she has it completed!  I admire anyone who actually finishes their Sampler quilt.  I'm not telling anyone how many UFOs I have in my Area 51.
Recently, Mary showed us this Linus quilt.  I love this staggered stacked coin pattern.
Mary also showed us another completed quilt.  She said it was a 2012 Mystery Quilt from Connecting Threads.  She did beautiful work on this project!
This is Carolyn Eary's latest pattern and it is in at the shop.  What a lovely table runner.  She used some of the "Valentine" fabrics being featured at this shop this week.  Note the cute heart shaped buttons.  Looks quick and easy to make.  You could get it finished before the "big day."  Check it out!

DON’T FORGET:
  • HAPPY SCRAPPERS meets this Wednesday, February 8th and again on Saturday, February 14th.
  • Due to the Heart of Winter Tour, FIRST SATURDAY SAMPLER moved in February ONLY from Saturday, February 7th. To Saturday, February 14th.  This will not interfere with Happy Scrappers as they will meet immediately after Sampler.
ON ANOTHER NOTE
  • Melissa Corry of Happy Quilting has a tutorial for a Mister DJ quilt on Moda Bake Shop.
Until next time,

Stay Calm! Stay Kind! Stay Positive!
