TAKE THIS FARM GIRL VINTAGE CLASS AT THE ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

When I stopped at the Attic Window Quilt Shop this past Tuesday, the Farm Girl Vintage class was in session.  Above are blocks made up so you can see the fabrics that are being offered.  On the left is the 30's fabrics and the other is the Civil War fabrics.
Sue C. and Marilyn K. are co-teaching these classes.  Above Sue gives the students instructions.

These are close ups of the fabrics.  It is not too late to register for one of these classes that are being offered at various times.  Call the shop if you are interested.
There was a lot going on at the shop that day.  Diana (right) was helping one of her students with Tatting.  If you are interested in learning how to Tat, call the shop for class information.
Joan R. was knitting and ...
I had to show you this clever idea.  Joan uses this netting to wrap around her balls of yarn to keep them from unwinding as she knits.  These nets are similar to the ones I get from a florist to put over my spools of thread.  I'm not sure where Joan got these but they are larger and I think these are made of plastic.
The Tuesday Bee was also meeting that day and I got to take some pictures.  Above is the darling baby quilt that Carol P. made.
Carol also made this beautiful Attic Window quilt.
This is a close up of Carol's quilt.  She said she saw a video on Missouri Star and got the panel, cut it up and made this quilt.  It is stunning.
Barb O. made this darling Antique Vintage Car quilt.
This is a close up of one of her blocks.  I'm sorry but we could not get the name of the pattern.
