THIS WILL INSPIRE YOU

Have you seen this new book!  Cathy and I got so excited when we were at the Attic Window Quilt Shop today and saw this book.  After looking through it, we asked Chris if we could host a BOM at the shop starting in September.  She said YES!

You are going to love all the new and different patterns in the book.  There are 50 block recipes, 7 sampler quilts, and endless possibilities.  I love the block above.

Each block is unique and you will be amazed at the techniques you will learn when making these blocks.

This is another one I had to show you.  The book is by Amy Gibson and has just been released at the book stores and quilt shops.

As stated in the book, you can get inspired, pair different blocks with one another.  Amy said that you should make each block different enough so that they don't compete with each other.

There are seven different ideas for setting your quilt blocks.  This quilt above is a king size quilt made with only six 12 1/2" blocks.  I can't wait to try this one.

Watch for the new Quilt Block Cookbook BOM that we plan to start on September 28.  You will need to register at the shop so that we will know how many kits to make.   Over the next few months we will discuss fabric choices and cost.  Hope to see you there!
