HAPPY SCRAPPERS HAVE SHOW-N-TELL

The Happy Scrappers met Saturday at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  Above, Nancy showed us two of the blocks she just completed while taking a Scrappy class from Marilyn at the shop.
This is a close up of one of the blocks.  I love using scraps and may have to take this class!  I love Nancy’s lavenders/purples.  As Elf says, it looks all purpley.
Tari joined us and worked on these cute little paper pieced hearts.  She is making a table runner.
Paula showed us this Christmas Magic quilt that she is working on.  The pattern comes from the book Simple Seasons by Kim Diehl.  What a lovely table topper.
Judi A. has a pile of blocks finished and was working on the sashings for these lovely Birdie Stitches from Little Miss Shabby.
Judi designed this cute block herself (except for the birds).  She said that the name on the side of the trailer is Gucci, which everyone calls her husband Ted.  She said that Ted says that he can’t hit anything with his gun but he sure is pretty in the woods.  The HCCC on the left side stands for the Howard City Conservation Club where they often camp.  I'm looking forward to seeing this completed.

DON’T FORGET
that the Happy Scrappers meet this Wednesday at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.

ON ANOTHER NOTE: Jo’s Country Junction has a pattern and tutorial for a hip-to-be-Square quilt.

Until next time,

Stay Calm! Stay Kind! Stay Positive!

I started stitching the birdie blocks, but never finished them. (Surprise!) I love her camping block. It's just wonderful!
