Yes, there are other uses for such an item. Above, Diana makes good use of that cup holder clip. When she goes to fill her sewing bag, the lid keeps flopping down. So she fixed that by clipping her cup holder to the lid and tucking it behind the handle. Now she does not have a lid problem.
Above is a view from the other side. That Diana is so clever. I've never thought I would want one of these cup holders, now I'm giving it a second thought. Thanks Diana for this hot tip!!
