ARE THERE BEES IN YOUR ATTIC?

The Bees In The Attic Bee Hive met Wednesday at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  Before our meeting started, we had some show and tell.   Above, Barb shows us her latest flimsy.  So cute.
Cathy was queen this month and above she lays out the blocks we gave her.  These were easy blocks.  I think the hard work is yet to come, as Cathy intends to put a strip of fabric and a square between each block.  Can't wait to see the finished quilt.  She is making it for her daughter who just moved into a new house.
Karen is Queen of the hive next month and Wednesday she distributed packets and instructions as to what block she wants us to make for her.  Above she shows us how to do the strip piecing.
These are the fabrics and instructions for the block she wants us to make.  What fun this block will be.
