A reader recently asked me for help. I could not answer her question, but hope that maybe you can help her. This is what Louann D. said:
"I attended the Craft Day this past Saturday, and there was talk about an easy cake recipe, but I forgot one ingredient." Louann said it is for a Butterscotch Cake and this is all she remembers:
2 eggs, beat
1 Cup of prepared Butterscotch Pudding
( use a 4 pack of pudding cups, works really well)
Mix together
ADD & MIX 1 dry yellow cake mix
Pour into greased 9x13 cake pan.
TOP with 1/2 bag of butterscotch chips
and bag of Pecan chips
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Louann said she believes she's missing one ingredient.
Can you help her? If so, you can email me or answer this post.
Thanks, Caroll

Check website Allrecipes.com
There is a recipe that has the same ingredients...nothing seems to be missing.
Here's a recipe that has milk in it.

This one has eggs. Maybe she is forgetting brown sugar?
