TWO THINGS FOR YOU

 

 Hello Quilters.  I hope you are enjoying this beautiful autumn day that we are having here in Michigan.  I have two things I want to share with you today.  

1. Jacquelynne Steves of The Art Of Home had a fascinating article the other day that I wanted to direct you to.  As I'm not getting any younger this article interested me.  In essence, it said that it has been scientifically proven that creative people delay cognitive decline.  And what is more creative than Quilting?  You can go here  to read the full article.  

2.  Mark Your Calendar NOW!  For the Holly Hop Quilt Shop Hop is on Nov. 2-5, 2022.  Shops included are:

  • The Hen House Quilt Shop, Charlotte
  1. Hours will vary from shop to shop. 
  2. Passports are $5.
  3. 15% Discount for Passport holders.  Some exclusions apply.  See each store for more details.
  4. Each shop will have a drawing for a gift basket ($50 value).
  5. Each shop will have unique individual projects available for purchase.
