DO YOU LOVE MICHIGAN???

I love, love this panel and wanted to show it to you.  You can get it at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.

I saw it when the Happy Scrappers met this past Saturday at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  Since it was a holiday weekend, I wondered if anyone would come.  And was so pleased to learn that eight people came to sew and socialize that day.  And I can honestly say, that a fun time was had by all!  I love sewing and socializing with the Happy Scrappers.

We had some Show-N-Tell.  Donna M. showed us her latest finish.  It is perfect for this time of year.  I love it!
Pat made this quilt for her grandson's graduation.  Wow, what a lovely quilt!  You can be sure he will love it too!

I may have shown this before, but now it's quilted.  Chris made it from the Three Yard Quilt book!

There are some new fabrics in at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  I love these colors.  These are Flutter from Andover Fabrics.

These are also from Andover Fabrics and are called Witchy Couture. Think autumn and Halloween.  It's not too early!

NEW AT THE ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

Hello Quilters!  I want to show you some of the new things and new fabric in at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  Aren't these above humming bird fabrics beautiful!!  They are from Hoffman.

Chris tells me that these above fabrics are not new, but I love them and had to show you them.  They are also from Hoffman.

And check out this adorable quilt made from a panel!!!!  What kid wouldn't love this!!

These are also not new, but I haven't seen them before and thought you'd like them too.  Maybe you want to make some new summer Garden Dish Towels for Mom, or this practical double zip gear bag for the Graduate.

Also, check out the new calendar on the sidebar for this upcoming class in hand or machine applique.  Above, in the center, we placed the sample of the small block you will make.  As you can see, you could use this as a center on a table topper.  I love freezer paper applique as it is a nice take it with you project. But you can also use your sewing machine to applique your blocks.

After this class, you might want to look into the block of the month applique class and make this quilt.

Have you signed up for the first shop hop across the state of Michigan?  You have all of June and July to visit the over 80 stores in Michigan.  What a great sewing adventure!  Hundreds of prizes are available and you will receive a free gift at every participating store that you visit. You can purchase the above book and get your passport at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.
