SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESS DAY AT ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

I found this picture of a wall hanging that we made at the Attic Window Quilt Shop in 2008. What a joy to look back at all the fun things going on at the Shop over the years.

Actually I wanted to get your interest because there is a lot going on at the Attic Widow Quilt Shop.

Don't forget: this Saturday, Nov. 30th, is Support Your Local Business, so stop by the Attic Window Quilt Shop and take advantage of the big SALE!  Fabrics on the bolt are 20% off.  Other fabrics, books, notions, and patterns are on sale.  Now is a great time to get those items you have wanted and show your support for your local quilt shop at the same time.

Are you busy making gifts?  How about a mug warmer? I made this years ago.

Be sure to sign up for one of the upcoming Craft classes. You can sign up while visiting the Shop or you can give the Shop a call.   There are still openings for Craft Days.  Openings are on: Dec. 6, Dec. 7, Dec. 13, and Dec. 14th. Call the shop to sign up and get your supply list. You are sure to have a fun and creative time!!

MAKING CUSHIONS FOR GREAT GRANDDAUGHTER'S CHAIR

I have to show you this.  My granddaughter called.  She had gotten a new rocking chair for my great grandchild and wondered if I could make cushions for  it.  I had no pattern except what is above.

So I made her this!  I think it turned out okay.  I have a picture of her sitting in it while she watches Miss Rachel on TV.  So cute.

This is also a reminder that the Attic Window Quilt Shop will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.

Also,  due to the Thanksgiving Holidays, The Happy Scrappers will not be meeting at the Attic Window Quilt Shop on the last Saturday of this month.

The Attic Window Quilt Shop is open so be sure and stop by and pick up some of the new fabric in at the shop and take of advantage of their special deals.

The Attic Window Quilt Shop.  It is open Monday-Friday, 10-5, and Saturday, 10-4.

I'm so frustrated.  I've spent all morning trying to get the November calendar on the blog, but of course, they have changed things and I cannot figure out how to do it.  Gads!  I posted this Picture above to hopefully get your attention.

Above is the November calendar.  Please stop in at the Attic Window Quilt Shop and pick up a hard copy.  Hopefully, I'll figure this out by the end of the month. Or if you can help, let me know.

WOMEN WITH BIG HEARTS AT ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

I stopped in at the Attic Window Quilt Shop yesterday and found the Charity group busy sewing.  These women are to be commended for their wonderful work and generous donations to charity.  Above are: Mary W., Phyllis, Lee Anne, Judy, Laura, Mary T., Mary Ellen.  And not in the picture but part of the Charity group is Maryanne.

Above, Lee Anne shows the quilts being donated that day.

This is the back of the previous quilt.   So cute!

And more being donated.  I know some of the quilts go to Lori's Voice, and Family Promise, the Police and Fire Departments, and I'm not sure of the others.  If you would like to suggest organizations in need, please call the Attic Window Quilt Shop.

The Attic Window Quilt Shop.  It is open Monday-Friday, 10-5, and Saturday, 10-4.
