THE HAPPY SCRAPPERS MEET AT THE ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

Hello Quilters. I was going through my UFOs for a project I need to finish, and I found this!  I had forgotten all about it.  It was from a class I took from Mary Lou Weidman years ago.  I don't think she is having workshops any more or even posting on her blog, but you can go here:  https://marylouweidman-marylou.blogspot.com/ ...to see all the other fun stuff she does.  I took this quilt with me to Happy Scrappers at the Attic Window Quilt Shop this past Saturday.  I wanted to show the ladies what I found in my UFO pile.

There were only three of us that day, but I had such a great time sewing and catching up on what everyone has been doing.  We've been so isolated here recently with this snowy weather, that it was wonderful to be able to get out of the house and talk to my quilting friends.  Above, Lee Anne and I shared a table and enjoyed talking away!

Chris decided to join us and was busy making pillowcases.
And Jane W. is always such a joy to talk to. She's involved in so many quilting activities and retreats and is loaded with information and fun stories.

I hope the weather is better next month and you all can get out and enjoy Happy Scrappers with us.  Remember, the Happy Scrappers meet at the Attic Window Quilt Shop on the last Saturday of the month.

Stop by the Attic Window Quilt Shop and check out all the new fabric.

Normal hours for the Attic Window Quilt Shop:  Open Monday - Friday, 10 - 5, and Saturday, 10 - 4.

Hope to see you there!!
