WHAT THEY MADE ON CRAFT DAY

When I stopped in at the Attic Window Quilt Shop the other day, I found Yvonne working on this candle mat.  She said this was what she made during Craft day on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.  I love those fabrics.

She said Chris showed them how to make this cute candle mat in an oval or a square.  The tool she used to make this an easy and quick project, was the Creative Grids Kaleidoscope 45 deg. Triangle Double Strip ruler.

Yvonne was making several of these candle mats out of Christmas fabrics like the one above.  She is planning on giving them as gifts.  She’s sure going to make some friends very happy.

ATTENTION:  Mark your calendar now!  Don’t make any other plans because you won’t want to miss the shop’s biggest sale of the year.  On January 1, 2012, the Attic Window Quilt Shop will be having a huge sale from 12-4 p.m.  Chris says that some things will be as much as 75% off!  Don’t forget!

Decorate your table with this cute table runner.  You can find the tutorial at Sally Angelworks.
