FUN TIME AT MAKE IT TAKE IT CLASS AT ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

A great time was had by all this past week when attending the Make It Take It class at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  Above, Pat is busy sewing on her project.
Louann shows us her finished project.  I love the decorative stitching that she added.
And this is my project.  I'm not through yet.  I want to add the decorative snowflake like Louann did.  My Janome will do that.  This project is not as easy as it looks.  You must be sure your measurements are correct and there are Y seams.  But I love the final product.  I'm looking forward to making it in different fabrics.  Maybe now is the time to start thinking about next Christmas and avoid that last minute rush!

Chris is an excellent teacher and not only did she give us additional fabric to make two more table toppers when we got home, but she gave us tips and techniques for putting these pieces together precisely.  Watch for the next Make It Take It class coming up at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.
