HAPPY SCRAPPERS AT ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

The Happy Scrappers met at the Attic Window Quilt Shop today for the first time in over a year.  I can't begin to tell you how great it was to see and talk to fellow quilters.  Above, Janalee shows us the charity quilt that she worked on today.  I bet someone is going to be thrilled when they see this stunning quilt with all those bright colors!

This is a closeup of her beautiful quilt.

Look at this cute little thread pad that Marti had on her featherweight sewing machine.  How clever!
And what are the odds of this?  We all carried our Mondo bags today!

I don't think much sewing got done as we were so eager to talk and find out what has been happening to each other during this past year.  We were thrilled when LeeAnne stopped by with her latest BOM.  It is adorable.   I really have to get busy and get caught up on these blocks.  I'm still working on January!  Yikes!

It was a wonderful day!  So much fun.  The three of us decided that meeting on Saturday is best, so we will be meeting on the last Saturday of each month.  That means we will meet again on Saturday, April 24.  I hope to see you there!

The new calendar should be out tomorrow, so watch for that as you don't want to miss all the fun things that Chris has in store for us.  The shop is open Monday-Friday, 10-5; Saturday, 10-4.
Hugs, Caroll

Oh, LOVE Janalee’s bright charity quilt! I agree with you, someone will be thrilled to get that quilt to cuddle under.
I also adore that cute little thread pad that Marti made! I don’t knit so I’ll have to figure out how to make one with fabric. I don’t have a featherweight, but my friend does and the thread mat would be a fun and unique gift for her.
