Happy Scrappers Meet At The Attic Window Quilt Shop

Hello from the Happy Scrappers at the Attic Window Quilt Shop!  Above, Nancy shows us this beautiful quilt that she is making.  She is using English Paper Piecing for these tiny little flowers.  She said she doesn't know how large it will be.

This is a closer look at her project.  I am eager to see what she does with it.  What a great way to use up your scraps and make something beautifull!

It was a wonderful day Saturday.  So many people showed up and we had a great time sewing and socializing.  Above, JaneLee (left) and Val pose for me.

Jane was there and busy sewing up a storm.
Cathy was busy too.
Sonnie smiled as she worked on the nice long table that the Attic Window Quilt Shop provides for us.
Nancy was also working on another quilt.  I think she is copying some words that she can embroidery.
Lee Ann didn't get much sewing done that day as she was busy taking care of people coming in to the Attic Window Quilt Shop for the All Michigan Shop Hop.
Pat was busy sewing.  And I am sorry that I did not get a picture of Donna M. before she had to leave.

This is just a picture of us working that day. There were 10 who attended.  It was an awsome day.  We meet on the last Saturday of the month.  Mark your calendar now and feel free to join us for sewing, eating (Jane always brings goodies) and gabbing.  It really is a fun, relaxing day!!

The Attic Window Quilt Shop.  It is open Monday-Friday, 10-5, and Saturday, 10-4.

BTW, this shop is a place where you can hold a meeting.  For instance, maybe you crochet and want a place for you and others crocheters to meet, or want to meet to discuss your sewing project.  These are just suggestions.  Anyway, feel free to call the Attic Window and book a day and time for your meeting.
