HAPPY SCRAPERS MEET AT ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

The Happy Scrappers met at the Attic Window Quilt Shop on Wednesday and Bev. S. showed us this beautiful quilt that she made for her brother.  Bev not only pieced this stunning quilt but she quilted it as well.  This pattern is named Taos Quilt.  How appropriate since Bev’s  brother lives in New Mexico.
This is a close up of Bev’s quilt.  Her brother is also interested in astronomy which made Bev think he’d love all these various sized stars.  I bet he will be thrilled!
We also made a mystery block and above, Adrienne, Annette, and Bev show us their progress on the mystery block.
Adrienne is making a new string quilt.  She was trying to decide on which layout to use.  The one above or…
This one?  What do you think?  I think Adrienne is leaning toward this one.  Whatever she decides it is going to be spectacular!   Don’t forget that the Happy Scrappers meet again this coming Saturday.  Why don’t you come join us?
