LOTS OF IDEAS FOR THE NEW YEAR

Isn’t this cute.  I’m usually not into pincushions.  But I fell in love with this darling pincushion when I was last at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.

This Little Diva Pincushion is by Pearl Louis Designs.  Stop in at the shop and get the pattern today.

SNOWDAYS:  If you didn’t get to take advantage of this sale, be sure and stop in at the shop during the month of January and take advantage of Snowdays.  There will be specials all month long as well as a free snowman pattern and snowflakes.  There is also a scissor sharpening special this month.  Bring in two pair of scissors to be sharpened and get the second pair at half price.

Starting on January 9th The House on the Side of the Hill will have a free Penny Rug BOM.  Mark your calendar for this one.

I love to find new ways to use a template.  Connie has some ideas for the Lil Twister tool. Be sure and scroll all the way down because she has several ideas.  I like the pillows.  You can also find her centerpiece here .

Got scraps?  Pleasant Home is having a Sew Scraps Along.   Every Tuesday and Thursday there will be a tutorial and lots of inspiration the other days of the week.  I’m going to visit and be inspired.

I'm going to have to check out that pin cushion pattern. My guild is doing another pin cushion exchange at the next retreat. These would be a big hit!
