SHOW AND TELL AT THE QUILT SHOP

This past Saturday I went to the Attic Window Quilt Shop for Sampler and Bee.  I have so many wonderful and inspiring pictures to show you.  Above Judy M. shows us her 3D wall hanging.  We all had a giggle when she told us that she was so happy that she finally remembered to put the hanging sleeve on this quilt.  After she was all finished, she realized she had put the sleeve on the wrong end.  ;o)  Haven’t we all been guilty of something like that.  Darling quilt Judy!

Cathy M. made this cute wall hanging.

Cathy M. also showed us this stunning wall hanging.  And she says she’s not good at appliqué.  (For some reason I don’t believe her!)

Judi showed us her Lil Twister quilt.  Don’t you just love those colors together!

Judi also made this beautiful wall hanging.  I love how she used her scraps in the hearts and all over this quilt.

Judi also made this lovely quilt.  I didn’t get the name of it or if it was a sampler from some other group.  Judi is so productive!

This beautiful quilt is by Glenna.  She took Buffie’s class to make it.  Glenna said that she has to hurry and get it quilted and the binding on it because she’s giving it away next week.  I’d love to see it when it is finished.

A special thanks to every one for sharing their beautiful quilts and inspiring us.

The Pink Penguin has a nice tutorial for a scrappy hour glass quilt.  I love it!

Great show and tell! I really like the vase of flowers. Do you know what kind of appliqué she used?

What a fun show and tell and what beautiful quilts! I have a little wall hanging very similar to the heart one that Judi made! I happened to see it the other day when I was cleaning my storage room, I'll have to pull it out. I made it about 20 years ago.
