CHECK OUT THE BINDING ON CATHY'S QUILT

Cathy stopped by today to show me this quilt that she had just gotten back from the quilter.  Isn’t it stunning!   It is for her daughter who picked up the print fabric while in Turkey.

Cathy also wanted to show me the binding that she is attaching.  It is called a two color binding.  Cathy said she got the idea from Sew Mama Sew who has a list of different binding tutorials that you can find here.

I had to take a picture of Cathy’s earrings.  So cute!

Cathy also brought me this little Winter Mug Rug that she made.  I love it and will think of her each morning when I drink my coffee.  I always use a mug rug to protect my coffee table!  Thanks Cathy.  You are a talented lady!

PS:  Several people have asked about the Snow Women pattern that was on the blog here.  I’ll post about it when I learn the details.
