WE HAVE A WINNER!

Melanie Phipps was the first person to combine her rows of free quilt patterns gathered from quilt shops participating in the Row by Row Experience and turn her finished quilt into the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  It is adorable.  The row at the top of the quilt is from the pattern that the Attic Window Quilt Shop gave to customers.  Melanie did an excellent job of designing this quilt.
