So I finally finished this table runner I love the fabrics that Chris picked out. The pattern is Mod Ornaments Runner and is from the book The Joyful Stitcher.
Another closeup of the ornaments. The runner is 18.5 x 46.5. I used the freezer paper method of applique, using cotton fabrics. The book calls for wool for the applique. I imagine you could also use cotton and the fuse method of applique. You can get the book and fabrics at the Attic Window Quilt Shop. Take a look at the beautiful wools while there. (Maybe someday I'll learn to work with wool.)

This table runner is Christmas cuteness! I recognize a couple of those ornaments from you last post. I can see that leftovers from this runner would be fun to make extras with...like coasters and hot pads and such. I’m beginning to see lots of Christmas makes. I’m getting into the Christmas spirit.
