A BEAUTIFUL FINISH AND SOME NEW SAMPLES

I may not have been able to go on the Attic Window Quilt Shop Heart Of Winter Bus Tour, but I did get to see this beautiful quilt.  Sue Chambers sent me this picture of her latest finish.  This is what she said about it, "The pattern is called Bird Walk by Material Girlfriends.  I bought it as a kit and made it just because I liked it."  I like it too.  I'm especially fond of that block in the upper right hand corner of the tree branches with the birds.  Adorable!  Thanks Sue for sharing with us!

Remember, I promised more pictures of the placemats and tablerunners that you will be making in Vickie S.'s class.  Here are three samples.

They are all lovely and I bet fun to make.  Vickie's Bargello Placemat class is Friday,  Feb. 22.  Be sure and call the shop to register and get the supply list.

ATTENTION:  Have you ever fantasized of having time to sew all day, just sew.  You can do that, not for just one day but three!  Check out the February calendar on the sidebar.  Join the Sew Bluesy Weekend at the Attic Window Quilt Shop at the end of the month and you can sew on February 28 and 29,  from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. two days in a row and from 9 to 5 on Sunday.  What a wonderful way to get rid of those February blues!  Reserve your space now by calling the Attic Window Quilt Shop!
