Remember back here when I showed you pictures and talked of the New Class that Marilyn was going to have at the Attic Window Quilt Shop? Well, I now have the times and dates. Marilyn is going to have a Make It and Take It (MITI) class on Saturday, Dec. 7th, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. where you will make this pineapple block using a special tool.
Marilyn is teaching another MITI class. This one is for the Folded Star on Tuesday, Dec. 10th, from 6-9 p.m. Either one of these blocks can be made into an adorable hot pad which would make a great Christmas gift for that special friend/family member.
If you can’t make it to either of these classes, Marilyn will have a MITI class for both of these projects on Friday, Dec. 13th from 1-4 p.m. Each class is $5. Call the shop to register and get a supply list.
ON ANOTHER NOTE: This is not exactly quilting but I thought it such a clever and fun project that I had to show it to you. Check out Freebies For Crafters for this special serving tray.
For something quilty, the Quilting Board has a tutorial for a Christmas ornament. Really cute.
Until next time,
♥
