Above, she shows us the inside of the purse. Her mother told me that this was the first time she had learned to make a buttonhole. I hope she continues to like sewing as much as I do. It is a craft she can enjoy all her life.

Oh....you should be so proud of her...what a wonderful job...I am sure she appreciates all the goodies you sent her as well.
And proud you have a right to be. She’s done a great job and looks happy about it, so that’s an indication she will continue. And only 10 years old to make that purse. Fantastic!
