NEW AT THE ATTIC WINDOW QUILT SHOP

When at the Attic Window Quilt Shop the other day I saw this eye catching bag that Marilyn made.  I'm hoping she will have a class.  That's the only way I get things accomplished, take a class.  Check out this bag when you stop at the shop.  And keep an eye open for a class.
Diana sent me this picture of the luscious new wools in at the shop.  Those colors are awesome.  Thanks Diana.  I'm sure all those who work with wools will be stopping in to take a closer look and pick up some of those wools for their new projects.

ARE YOU COLLECTING THESE PATTERNS?

Don't forget!  Row by Row has begun and above is the row that Chris designed for the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  If you are a quilter, you will want to participate in the Row by Row Experience.  It is taking place from June 21 through September 6.  You have all this time to collect the free patterns from the shops you visit.  Go here and click on the state where you live or where you will be traveling to see the listing of participating shops.  Be sure to check the shops’ websites or call ahead to verify their open hours.

When I recently visited the Attic Window Quilt Shop I saw a couple cute wool items that I wanted to show you.  Isn't this little needle case with the blue bird and flowers darling?

And check out this adorable little wool bird sitting on its nest.  There are an abundance of beautiful wools at the shop.  Be sure and check out the wool area on your next visit.

 ATTENTION:
  • Quilt exhibit at St. Patrick's Church, Parnell on Sunday, June 26, from 12:30-5 p.m. The exhibit is during the parish festival and the quilts are inside the church.  Denice Barker, who told me about this event, said she is naming the show "Blessed Are The Piecemakers.  She said that the people contributing are people from the parish, my friends, and local quilters from Lowell.
  • Monday Charity Quilters!  Since the regularly scheduled sewing day for the Charity Quilters falls on July 4th, the meeting has been moved to Monday, July 11.
DON'T FORGET:
  • Scrappers Helping Hands, Saturday, June 25
  • Quilt Exhibit at St. Patrick's Church, Sunday, June 26
  • CLOSED MONDAY, JULY 4th
