Today I’m devoting this post to Kathy Bauman. Kathy was at the Tuesday Bee at the Attic Window Quilt Shop and when I saw what she was working on, I knew you’d want to see it. Kathy had just finished sewing the binding on above quilt. The pattern is Home for the Holidays and the quilt is made of cottons and wools. She said it was a kit she purchased from Primitive Gatherings.
These four close-up pictures are some of the individual blocks in the quilt.
After finishing the binding on the other quilt, Kathy started working on this wool and flannel quilt. It is called Evelyn’s Album and is also from Primitive Gatherings. These are stunning quilts! Thanks Kathy for sharing with us.
MARK YOUR CALENDAR NOW: The Annual New Year’s Day Sale at the Attic Window Quilt Shop will be held on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Chris says she can’t wait to clean out some of her secret hiding places. We'll have lots of goodies and bargains to go through!
ON ANOTHER NOTE: Today I’m directing you to Lori’s Country Cottage where there are lots of free patterns. I particularly like the chalk board mat with pockets. It would make a great gift.
Until next time,
♥
